Bllightings sells lighting products and selected home furniture through bllightings.com. Product details, dimensions, materials, finishes, prices, promotions, and availability are shown on the relevant product pages and may vary by product.

Product availability, processing time, delivery time, and shipping method may vary by product type, item size, destination, carrier schedule, and order status.

Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders. Estimated total delivery time is 30-45 business days, including 10-15 business days for processing and 20-30 business days for transit. Oversized, fragile, customized, or pre-sale items may require the full delivery window.

Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order. If a product has a special lead time or requires special handling, additional information may be shown on the product page or confirmed by our customer service team before shipment.

3. Product Information, Prices, and Availability

We aim to present product information, prices, discounts, availability, and service terms clearly and accurately.

If we identify an obvious error in price, product information, shipping information, availability, or promotion terms, we may contact you to correct the issue before fulfilling the order. If the order cannot be fulfilled under the corrected information, we may offer cancellation and a refund to the original payment method.

Promotions, discount codes, and sitewide offers may be subject to conditions shown on the website or at checkout. Discounts may not be combined unless the checkout process clearly allows them.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Standard delivery generally includes delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Indoor placement, unpacking, installation, assembly, packaging removal, or white-glove service is not included in standard free shipping unless specifically confirmed in writing before shipment.

Optional premium delivery services, if available, may require an additional fee. Any optional service fee will be clearly communicated before the service is confirmed.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, defective items, incorrect items, missing parts, refund eligibility, and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts due to an issue verified by Bllightings.

Bllightings does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Original standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders and will not be deducted as a separate outbound shipping fee from eligible refunds.

7. Customized and Made-to-Order Items

Some products may be customized or made to order according to customer-approved specifications, including size, material, finish, color, cord length, chain length, or other requested details.

Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after production, sourcing, or special preparation has started unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details.

If a non-refundable deposit, design fee, or special preparation fee applies, it will be clearly communicated before the customized order is confirmed.

8. Installation and Product Use

Lighting products should be installed by a qualified electrician where required. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their space, ceiling type, wiring conditions, and local installation requirements before installation.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, customer-caused damage, or failure to follow installation instructions may not be covered by our Warranty Policy or Refund Policy.

9. Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed by our Warranty Policy.

Our standard manufacturer warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects for three years from delivery. Bulbs are excluded. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, customer-caused damage, normal wear and tear, or natural disasters.

10. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, shipping, contact, and payment information for purchases made through our website.

If information is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified, we may contact you for confirmation before processing the order.
