Bllightings provides a limited manufacturer warranty for eligible products. Please review this Warranty Policy before placing an order.

1. Warranty Period

Eligible products include a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the delivery date.

Bulbs are excluded from this warranty.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal household or intended use.

Examples of issues that may be reviewed under warranty include verified defects in product parts, components, materials, or workmanship that are not caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, customer-caused damage, normal wear and tear, or external events.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

1. Bulbs
2. Normal wear and tear
3. Damage caused by improper installation
4. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
5. Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair
6. Customer-caused damage
7. Damage caused by using incompatible bulbs, dimmers, wiring, or electrical settings
8. Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, power surges, or external events
9. Installation, labor, electrician fees, assembly fees, or removal costs

4. Installation Responsibility

Lighting products should be installed by a qualified electrician where required. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their space, ceiling type, wiring conditions, and local installation requirements before installation.

Improper installation, forced installation, unauthorized modification, or damage caused during installation may void warranty coverage.

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us by email and include:

1. Your order number
2. The product name, SKU, or product link
3. A description of the issue
4. Photos of the product and affected area
5. A short video showing the issue, if applicable

6. Warranty Review and Solutions

After we review the information provided, we may offer replacement parts, repair guidance, an exchange, or another appropriate solution depending on the product, issue, and available parts.

Replacement part availability and delivery time may vary by part type, product model, destination, and carrier schedule. If replacement parts need to be shipped, tracking information will be provided after shipment when available.

7. After the Warranty Period

After the 3-year warranty period, we may still provide paid support or replacement parts when available. Availability, cost, and delivery time will depend on the product model and part availability.
