Bllightings offers customization support for selected lighting products. Please review this page before requesting a customized or made-to-order item.
1. How to Request Customization
If you need a special size, finish, color, suspension rod, cord length, chain length, or other product detail, please contact us at support@bllightings.com before placing your order or before production begins.
Please include the following information when contacting us:
1. Product link or model number
2. Requested size, finish, color, cord length, chain length, rod length, or other customization details
3. Installation location or application scenario, if relevant
4. Photos, drawings, or reference images, if available
5. Any required deadline or project requirement
2. Customization Based on Other Designs
If you are requesting a product inspired by a drawing, reference photo, or design from another source, please provide the relevant picture or drawing and specify the requested size, material, color, bulb type, finish, and other details.
Bllightings may decline customization requests that cannot be reasonably produced, that may infringe third-party rights, or that cannot be confirmed clearly before production.
3. Custom Order Confirmation
Before a customized or made-to-order item enters production, we may confirm important details with you, such as size, material, finish, color, cord length, chain length, price, estimated timeline, and special terms.
Please review all specifications carefully. Bllightings is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete customization information provided by the customer.
4. Customized Order Cancellation and Returns
Customized or made-to-order products are prepared according to customer-approved specifications. Once production, sourcing, or special preparation has started, customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details.
If a non-refundable deposit, design fee, or special preparation fee applies to a customized order, it will be clearly communicated before the order is confirmed.
5. Shipping for Customized Orders
Customized and made-to-order items may require additional preparation time before shipment because production or special handling may begin after specifications are confirmed.
Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders. Estimated total delivery time is 30-45 business days, including 10-15 business days for processing and 20-30 business days for transit. Oversized, fragile, customized, or pre-sale items may require the full delivery window.
If a customized item requires a special lead time longer than our standard estimate, our customer service team will confirm the relevant details before shipment.
6. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Custom Items
If a customized item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a short video showing the issue if applicable.
After review, we may provide replacement parts, an exchange, a refund, or another appropriate solution according to the condition of the item and our Refund Policy.
