Refund Policy

At Bllightings, we want customers to understand our cancellation, return, exchange, and refund terms before placing an order. Please review this Refund Policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders not yet shipped:
You may request cancellation before your order ships. If the order has not shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders already shipped:
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled in transit. After delivery, it may be handled under our standard return and exchange process if it meets the eligibility requirements below.

Customized or made-to-order items:
Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation after production, sourcing, or special preparation has started. If a non-refundable deposit, design fee, or special preparation fee applies to a customized order, it will be clearly communicated before the order is confirmed.

2. 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including eligible items returned for personal reasons such as size, color, style preference, or change of mind.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

1. The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.
2. The product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
3. All parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
4. The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or customer-caused damage.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts due to an issue verified by Bllightings.

Please use a trackable shipping service and keep the tracking number until your refund or exchange has been completed. Bllightings is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, refused, or delivered to the wrong address before they are received by our designated return address.

Original standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders and will not be deducted as a separate outbound shipping fee from eligible refunds.

4. No Restocking Fee

Bllightings does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

5. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items, or Missing Parts

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short video showing the issue if applicable.

After review, we may offer replacement parts, an exchange, a refund, or another appropriate solution according to the condition of the item and the nature of the issue.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as carriers may require packaging photos for damage verification.

6. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us by email before sending the item back.

Please include:

1. Your order number
2. The product name, SKU, or product link
3. Whether you prefer a return, refund, or exchange
4. The reason for the request
5. Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Our customer service team will provide the correct return instructions and return address if your return or exchange request is approved.

7. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days after delivery if the item meets the eligibility requirements of this policy.

Exchanges may be handled as a return followed by a new order, depending on product availability and the item requested.

9. Non-Refundable or Reduced-Refund Situations

Refunds may be refused or reduced only when:

1. The return request is submitted after the 30-day return window.
2. The product is damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or customer-caused damage.
3. The returned package is not received by our designated return address.
4. The returned item is missing major parts or accessories due to customer handling.
5. A customized or made-to-order item has entered production, sourcing, or special preparation and is not defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details.

10. Shipping Time Reference

Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders. Estimated total delivery time is 30-45 business days, including 10-15 business days for processing and 20-30 business days for transit. Oversized, fragile, customized, or pre-sale items may require the full delivery window.
