Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders. Estimated total delivery time is 30-45 business days, including 10-15 business days for processing and 20-30 business days for transit. Oversized, fragile, customized, or pre-sale items may require the full delivery window.
Customized or made-to-order trade items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after production, sourcing, or special preparation has started unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details.
