United States: We have established strategic bi-coastal warehouses in the U.S. to significantly reduce operational time—from container unloading to storage. This enables us to cut logistics costs and offer free and fast delivery.
United Kingdom: To improve delivery efficiency and ensure compliance with British lighting specifications (plugs and wiring), UK orders are shipped from our strategic warehouse in Hong Kong.

Note for US Customers: For pre-sale products, bllightings will determine the best shipping method (Air or Sea) based on size and weight. We cover final-mile delivery fees (express or truck), but additional local taxes or assembly costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Air Freight (Standard)
Delivered via FedEx or UPS after customs clearance.
Cost: We cover all shipping costs and import duties.
Ocean Freight + Final Mile
Used for large, heavy, or fragile furniture (Required for packages exceeding 39 inches).
Cost: We cover all shipping costs and import duties.
Express Shipping
The fastest method with full real-time tracking.
Cost: Customers are responsible for express fees, VAT, and import duties.
Taxes & Duties Summary: For Air and Ocean freight, we cover all fees. For Express Shipping, all duties and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Although we take every precaution to ensure items are securely packaged, damage during transit may occasionally occur.
Reporting: If any product or component arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately.
Resolution: bllightings will provide free replacement parts for verified breakage occurring during shipment.
