1. Why are your prices so competitive?
We manufacture most items at our own factory in Zhongshan (China’s lighting capital) and operate exclusively online with no physical retail store overheads. By cutting out middlemen and unnecessary intermediate costs, we deliver premium-quality lighting at factory-direct affordable pricing.


2. How do I cancel my order?
You may request order cancellation via email: support@bllightings.com before your order ships out. Once goods have been dispatched, order cancellation is no longer available.You will receive an automated shipment notification email once your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you still refuse delivery after dispatch, you can arrange a return after receiving your package per our return policy.


3. Can I return items if I change my mind after delivery?

We accept customer-initiated returns within our 30-day return window. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees to our designated return address. After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise in intact condition, we will process your product refund minus our original outbound shipping cost.Optional pre-shipment check service: If you’d like to confirm item appearance before shipment, leave a note at checkout or reach out to customer service; we can send detailed photos and videos for your final confirmation prior to dispatch.

4. Do you provide free replacement parts for shipping damage?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary replacement parts for items damaged during transit or with manufacturing defects. Simply submit clear photos and short videos showing the damaged portions for our verification.


5. What to do if I run into issues during installation?
We suggest checking all included accessories and component completeness well ahead of your scheduled installation date. Our lamps come with easy-to-follow installation manuals and can be fitted by a standard licensed electrician.Should you encounter unresolvable setup problems, contact our support team for professional guidance. Improper forced/violent installation voids relevant after-sales support.


6. Am I eligible for full refunds for confirmed quality defects?
Full refunds are available for verified manufacturing quality issues (product defect photos required as proof). We provide two flexible options for you:

Free replacement of the entire product;
Full product refund if you no longer want the item.

7. How long will delivery take after ordering?
Shipping method is determined based on your item’s overall dimension:

Items under 40 inches: Shipped via express courier, transit time: 9–15 business days;
Items over 40 inches: Shipped by ocean freight + last-mile delivery, transit time: 23–29 business days.For special-sized/pre-sale products, our customer service will separately confirm the exact delivery timeline with you.

8. When can I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are normally updated 1–3 business days after goods are handed over to our logistics carriers.


9. Is bronze finish the same as black finish?
Bronze and black are distinct color finishes with different craft and coating processes. If you require pure black fixtures, kindly confirm color details with our customer service before ordering.


10. Can I customize rod/cord/chain length for high-ceiling installation?
Yes. For high ceiling applications, contact our support team to customize the suspension rod, hanging cord or chain length prior to production.

Our core lighting pieces are predominantly crafted from premium solid brass and high-grade K9 crystal for superior durability and appearance.


14. Tips for lighting shopping preparation

15. Recommended lamp installation method
Detailed installation guides are enclosed with every product package. We recommend hiring a licensed local electrician for professional fitting if you lack relevant installation experience.


16. Are your chandeliers manufactured in the USA?
All our lighting goods are produced at our factory in Zhongshan, China.

17. How to properly clean my light fixture?
Always disconnect power supply before any cleaning work.
Metal frames: Wipe with soft cloth dampened by mild soapy water, then dry and buff with clean dry cloth. Avoid abrasive metal polish to prevent surface coating damage.
Wood components: Use dedicated furniture polish only; prevent polish from splashing onto metal parts.
Crystal & glass lampshades: Never clean in dishwashers. Lay a towel inside sink, use warm mild soapy water and soft cloth for hand washing, rinse thoroughly and air-dry.

18. Does your product include manufacturer warranty?
All products come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering standard manufacturing defects under normal household usage.


19. Are your fixtures UL certified?
Full fixture UL listing is not applicable, but all built-in electrical components carry UL certification and comply with US electrical safety standards for legal professional installation.
